John Mayer Didn't Always Like Jennifer Aniston

Before meeting Jennifer Aniston, John Mayer definitely didn't have the hots for her let alone understand why Jennifer Aniston was a huge star. John Mayer Taking Early Retirement?

Even though he is only 30, John Mayer has indicated he may go for early retirement from the music industry after his summer 2008 U.S. tour. John tells USA Today, "I'm not sure when I'll come back with another record. I feel like I've done everything I can do with this set of tools." Mayer's last release was The Village Sessions EP in December 2006. With John Mayer currently dating Jennifer Aniston we're sure music isn't a high priority right now. John Mayer to Headline Free Virginia Tech Concert

John Mayer, Dave Matthews Band, Nas and country singer Phil Vassar are part of the singers to headline the free concert for Virginia Tech students, faculty and staff. On September 6, "A Concert for Virginia Tech," will take place at the university's Blacksburg campus. The students that graduated during the spring and summer semesters will also be invited to attend the free Virginia Tech concert. Singer and songwriter, John Mayer, recently did a bit of stand-up comedy. The good with the ladies musician who recently went on a date with ex-girlfriend Jessica Simpson this week, hit the stage, not to play his guitar, but to do a little stand-up comedy and make fun of his single life.
