Monica Bellucci and Vincent Cassel Reject Porn Offer

Italian sex symbol Monica Bellucci, who is best known for her role in the Italian film Malena, have rejected a porn offer along with her husband, actor Vincent Cassel earlier this year. The couple rejected the offer from director Gaspar Noe fearing their fans would brand it as a "cheap stunt." The couple were happy to extend their relationship to a screen partnership starring in films together but decided the pornographic movie would be inappropriate.

Cassel said, "When we sat down and watched pornographic movies together and saw the sex scenes we thought it wasn't right. People would think it was a stunt. So at the last minute we pulled out of that and ended up doing Irreversible with Gaspar instead."

The couple will be happy to team up together in the future to do more movies. "It's a way to see each other more. We have a project that we're going to do together, but we're waiting to do it. "Maybe in around a year-and-a-half we're going to do another picture," said the 41-year-old Cassel.

The 42-year-old actress and former fashion model, Monica Bellucci, married Vincent Cassel in 1999 and have daughter, Deva Cassel, together, born September 12, 2004.

Monica posed nude in 2004 while pregnant with her daughter for Vanity Fair's Italian Magazine Cover in protest of Italian laws use in-vitro fertilization for married couples only.
