Tara Palmer-Tomkinson: My Nose Would Come Off

It girl, Tara Palmer-Tomkinson, who spent $12 grand for reconstructive surgery last July to fix her caved-in nose from years of cocaine abuse, believes she could never snort cocaine again and if she did her nose would come off into her hands. The now 35-year-old told UK's The Sun: "It would be an absolute physical impossibility for me to use drugs in my lifetime. The nose would come off in my hands. I'm very pleased as drugs almost took my life away."

Tara Palmer-Tomkinson who has been clean for 6 years now, was treated for cocaine addiction in Arizona in 1999. In 2006 her 'nasal septum' which separates the left and right airways of the nose collapsed due to her former $800-a-day habit.
