Vanessa Hudgens: Nude Photos Were a Mistake

Almost a year after Vanessa Hudgens nude photos surfaced online, she finally has spoken. The High School Musical star was posing in suggestive lingerie while another photo showed her completely nude. "It was extremely hard," Vanessa said. "I made a mistake and I'm very sorry about it. It was a private thing and I’d still like to keep it as private as I can," she said. The leaked photos almost cost the Disney beauty her role as Gabriele Montez in their hit series.

Vanessa said, "I grew up with morals – I'm a good kid. I want to be a good role model and I try to do my best, but I'm still me," she told UK's Sunday Mirror.

Vanessa Hudgens who is dating her co-star Zac Efron, 20, finished filming 'High School Musical 3: Senior Year' together. The third installment will be released on October 24, 2008. A fourth installment, High School Musical 4: The College Years, has already been announced.
