Penelope Cruz is dating Spanish actor Javier Bardem. The 'Volver' actress was with her new boyfriend the 'Goya's Ghosts' star at the New York Film Festival over the weekend. The lovebirds "were very touchy-feely" said a onlooker to the New York Post despite the couple trying to keep a low profile.
